CHECK IN ONLINE is available using the booking holder email address only for reservations made in our website. For other cases, voucher or booking reference number is required. 

Check your booking reference on the confirmation you have received from your travel agency. You may have several references, we advise you to try both as sometimes the booking reference or reservation number that the agency provides to the hotel does not correspond to the one provided to the client.
- If you have booked directly on our website, your booking reference number starts with 1010.
- If you have booked on booking.com, your booking reference number is a 10-digit numeric value: Example 1234567891
- If you booked with "On The Beach Holiday", your booking reference number starts with OTBH + 6 digits. Example: OTBH123456
- If you booked with "Lastminute", your booking reference number is a 11-digit numeric value starts with 10. Example: 10123456789
