    Everything you need to know before your stay in Ibiza

    Find answers to the most common questions about bookings, services, board types and accommodation at our hotels and apartments in Ibiza. If you cannot find what you are looking for, our team will be happy to help.

    The All-Inclusive service includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a range of other offerings. You can enjoy unbottled soft drinks such as Coca-Cola, Fanta (Orange and Lemon), Sprite, tonic water, juice, and water, along with draught beer, hot drinks, house wines (red and white), and select branded drinks. For snacks, a selection of sandwiches, house ice cream, and assorted pastries are available.
    *Please note that bottled drinks, international alcoholic beverages, and packaged ice cream are not included in the service and will incur an additional charge. The All-Inclusive service starts with lunch upon check-in and concludes with breakfast on the day of check-out. It does not extend beyond this time, even in the case of a late check-out.
    Please note that starting in 2025, no beverages will be included in the half-board service across all our hotels, and guests will need to pay for them separately.
    To find out if this change can be made, the customer should contact the reception at the hotel where they are staying and request information in this respect.
    These are requests or preferences the Client can send the hotel at the time of making the booking by filling out the corresponding box. The hotel will do everything in its power to fulfil these "Special Requests", but in no case can they be guaranteed.
    The Check-In starts at 02:00 pm.

    The majority of hotels have a hair dryer in the rooms. If the client wishes to confirm the availability of a hair dryer, they should contact the reception of the hotel where they are staying and request information in this regard.
    The sheets in the rooms, studies and apartments are changed three times or twice a week.
    Yes-- some services such as the use of the iron, hairdryer, towels, etc. require a deposit. This deposit must be paid in cash at the reception. Please consult the reception upon your arrival for more details.
    The major difference is that the studio has just one room, the apartment instead has two rooms, because it has a separate bedroom.
    All the studios and apartments in our hotel chain have a kitchenette and basic utensils for cooking. In addition, the majority also have a mini-fridge and microwave.
    Yes, both of them are equipped with bed and bath linens.The use of bath linens is not allowed outside of the Hotel or Aparthotel.
    All of our Apartments or Studies have a 24 hour reception where you should check in and check out. They handover your keys.
    That depends on the rate you've chosen. Flexible Rate: The total amount of the booking should be paid on arrival at the hotel. Non-Refundable Rate: The payment will be processed at the time the booking is made, using the card provided.
    The Client can pay for the booking in cash (Spanish guests: up to €1,000; overseas guests: up to €10.000) or by debit or credit card.
    Important: Due to cash handling limitations, €500 bills might not be accepted. Please prepare smaller denominations.

    Customers will not incur any fees for canceling their booking if they do so at least 3 days before the scheduled arrival date (from midnight). This does not apply to bookings made at the Non-refundable rate. If a customer cancels less than 3 days before arrival, they will be charged according to the cancellation policy, which may include a fee equivalent to 1 or 2 nights, depending on the booking period. In the event of a no-show without prior notification, the same cancellation fees will apply. Additionally, early departures will incur a penalty of 1 or 2 nights' charge, depending on the period booked.

    If the customer wishes to modify a booking previously made on our website ( www.vibrahotels.com) or by telephone (0034 971 30 19 59), they may do so without incurring any additional fees up to 3 days before the date of arrival at the hotel, depending on remaining availability at that time. The price of the initial booking may be affected. Current rates at the time of the modification shall be applied.
    The customer may change their booking without incurring additional fees up to 3 days before the date of arrival at the hotel (subject to current fees at the time of modification). If the customer decides to change the conditions of the booking within this period, they will be charged an amount corresponding to the first or first two nights in the hotel, according to the cancellation policy.

    The adapted hotels have the following features:

    • Adapted rooms (availability needs to be checked before booking)
    • An accessible pathway from the entrance to the adapted room
    • Accessible routes through common areas
    • Access to the pool with ramps or a chair lift
    • Accessible bathrooms in common areas
    • Bathroom sinks with adapted faucets in common area

    The adapted rooms include:

    • Room doors that are at least 80 cm wide
    • Bathroom doors that are at least 80 cm wide
    • Sufficient space in the room for a wheelchair
    • Showers in the bathroom that are accessible and step-free
    • Grab bars in the shower
    • Folding chairs in the shower
