Ibiza is a destination that, due to the number of tourists that visit it, doubles its restaurants in summer to meet the expectations and tastes of all its visitors. Arroz de Matanzas
This is a dish that is prepared based on pork ribs, chicken, sirloin, pork loin, rice, onion, red pepper, tomato, garlic, mushrooms and some spices. It is given the name of “Matanza”, which is due to the fact that in medieval times it was customary to slaughter pigs in December in order to take full advantage of their meat and fill the pantry with sausages.
Guisat de ternera
Guisat is especially enjoyed for raising the temperature a little during the winter. It is classic stew and forceful as well as very ibizan. It consists mainly of beef, potatoes, peas, green beans, peppers and carrots.
Frita de pulpo

This preparation is ideal to finish an amazing meal or perhaps also to take as a snack. The greixonera is made from the well-known ensaimadas; the key is that these ensaimadas have several days of preparation and then mix them with milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and lemon.
